The Mission of the Keith and Warren Dudley Foundation (KWDF) is to provide scholarships to qualified African-American STEM students interested in Civil Engineering to increase the number of African-Americans in Civil Engineering.
Keith M. Dudley started working at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson (JMT), one of the nation's top engineering consulting companies, in 2016 as a Resident Engineer and Senior Associate. He was responsible for several large projects and completed the $225MM Pennsylvania Turnpike Widening Project on I- 476. In 2022, Keith created a scholarship in honor of his father, Warren S. Dudley, to help increase diversity in Civil Engineering. Sadly, Keith passed away suddenly in October 2022. His wife, Vanessa Dudley, felt it was appropriate to rename the scholarship fund the Keith and Warren Dudley Foundation to honor its founder and his father. The Keith and Warren Dudley Foundation (KWDF) became a Pennsylvania 501c3 Non-Profit Organization in April 2023.
